Soé Café in Sawyer
Soé Café is pronounced SO ee. And we thought it was borderline divine. With an outdoor patio to take your meals al fresco and very attentive service, we can also recommend the food and wine. The trout rillettes or pâté was excellent served on toast points. The duck was perfectly done and very memorable. But the discovery of a new and delicious Michigan wine was astounding! Made by well known Château Grand Traverse, it is called Pinot Noir Vin Gris.....with just a pale hint of pink --it is a summer quaffer extraordinaire.
