Top's on our list is Carlotta Chocolatta Ice Cream Cheesecake and their homemade bread. TJS was also Michigan's first brew pub! They are a smoke-free restaurant....and they have a balcony from which you can peer into the kitchen and watch the action. Cool!

Most Detroiters know they can get good comfort food at Traffic Jam and Snug, which has been honing its reputation since 1965 near the Wayne State Campus.
