The selections at the vegan/vegetarian Bartertown Diner were quite delicious today. They have a large following with a convenient downtown location in Grand Rapids Heritage Hill area. Their enticing hash bowl changes every day and very large burritos tempt the super hungry. A definite favorite though was the tofu omelette with a sunflower cream sauce. Can't believe we ate the whole thing!
