Compuware planted a new urban area in downtown Detroit called Lafayette Greens. It is a gorgeus garden with beautiful raised beds and wonderful seating to relax and enjoy the beauty. Food grown there will go to Gleaners Food Bank. The yield in one summer month was over 900,000 pounds of food. It has really improved the look of the neighborhood. Great job, farm manager Gwen.

Just passed this beautiful garden today while taking engagement pictures downtown! I had no idea the food was going to Gleaners, that makes it a double blessing! :)
