St Paul's Episcopal Church in Elk Rapids
Since 1884, this church of St Paul's Episcopal has been standing in Elk Rapids. It's distinctive look is American Gothic. The village is small (1600) but swells to over 3000 in the summer with members who hail from near and far. They offer Saturday services at 5pm in the summer as well as Sunday morning services at 10am with communion. They donate school supplies to students in Colombia and fill backpacks for kids. They also have an active quilting group. They have a sister relationship with Calvary Lutheran in town and do ecumenical services with Sacred Heart Catholic.
