Falling Down Beer Company in Warren

Good vittles. Good beer--what a wonderful marriage at the Falling Down Beer Company in the city of Warren just east of the Hazel Park Race Track on 10 Mile Road. FDBC opened for business in March of this year and will be featured at the Zoo Brew on Friday, September 27th along with other fine Michigan craft beers. Owner Mark is the marketing man and the brewmeister who focuses mainly on handmade ales and lagers. Who is the woman in the kitchen though?  She makes some audacious pub food. The reuben egg rolls were outstanding and we are going back for the portabello mushroom burger made with boursin cheese, grilled onions and served on a Milano pretzel bun. Two thumbs up.
