If you are looking for Detroit sports apparel and doodads like keychains, pennants, jewelry, caps, photos, etc, the Detroit Athletic Company on Michigan Avenue is a great resource. We loaded up on Tiger gear for the World Series here. It was interesting to see an exact replica of Mickey Cocrane's catcher's mitt. This former Tiger is our only catcher in the baseball hall of fame. The store is located next to the field where Tiger Stadium used to stand.
