The Raus Country Store in Frankenmuth is crammed full of interesting merchandise and it is huge. Encompassing two stories on Main Street, browsers are sure to find a treasure somewhere. Started by the Rau family almost 50 years ago, it is still going strong today. Their nostalgic candy displays are awesome as well as their large display of puzzles and Russian nesting dolls. We succumbed and started our Christmas shopping. It was too easy.
If you seek a beautiful peninsula, look about you! Doreen Lawrence and Suzie Martin, lifelong Michiganders, are delighted to share photos and information about their favorite state in a daily format.
