15,000 fitness lovers participated in Color Run yesterday--a crazy 5k walk/jog that took place in Ypsilanti. Everyone starts out with white shirts. However, each kilometer is designated a different hue. Volunteers on the sidelines avalanche people with harmless brightly colored paints. The first kilometer is yellow, 2nd is blue, 3rd green, 4th is pink and the last is a color extravaganza. The next one is scheduled for August 5th in Grand Rapids. Thanks, Paige Pierog, for the superb photos!
