Quilt Barn Trail on Old Mission Peninsula
Today, we propose a lovely Sunday drive to you. The Old Mission Peninsula looks deceivingly small, but it's 18 miles in length can take a few days to explore well. One of the outstanding features is the Quilt Barn Trail of which there are ten on this skinny finger north of Traverse City. We loved this one--belonging to Dean and Laura Johnson. Doesn't Laura's North Star look gorgeous on this 1909 barn?
