Turkey Café & Pizzeria in Harbor Springs
Hobnobbing up north this month, we discovered the Turkey Café and Pizzeria in Harbor Springs with their nice outdoor eating area and darling décor. Just look for the large pink building on Main Street with the year 1881 at the top. Why such an unusual name? The former sports playing owner had sprained both ankles and was so nicknamed by the way he walked. Turkey stuck. Turkey is not a menu entrée. They sell a lot of pizzas, but we opted for the olive burger and homemade coleslaw. Delicious! They're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, too.
