Birmingham Toast

Every once in a while you just have to splurge on the weekend and enjoy brunch out. Toast in Birmingham is a great experience. They are known for their bloody marys with dill pickles and dill-infused vodka.  Yesterday, their special was a bellini which is peach juice flavored with vodka then added to a bubbly wine and served in a chilled martini glass. Molto bene. We love their wide variety of eggs benedict served with grits.
