Birmingham Historical Museum and Park
The Birmingham Historical Society has worked hard to preserve some architectural gems in their city. They are headquartered in two houses sitting side-by-side, the 1822 John West Hunter House (the oldest home in the city) and the 1928 Allen House on Maple Road. Strolling through the homes, visitors behold images of what life was like back in the day. They have a great collection of Indian arrowheads made of chert and flint.
