The old Wayne County building on Randolph in Detroit still stands empty with a forlorn for sale sign on its front lawn. Completed in 1902, it is a beautiful architectural gem on the National Register of Historic Places. NYC sculptor j Massey Rhind's majestic chariot statues atop represent Victory and Progress. Both Clarence Darrow and Henry Ford have walked its halls. Look for it when you watch the movie Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
