Spencer Park in Rochester Hills

In the summertime, Spencer Park is swarming with bodies and you have to pay to get in.  But, in the other three seasons, you pretty much have this 100+ acre playground on John R Road to yourself with its beautiful lake surrounded by a lovely hiking trail.  It's about a one mile trek around the lake and a superb spot to breathe in some fresh air. Yesterday, there were a few swans on the water, warily eyeing this lonely fisherman.
